Intellectual Property; The materials contained in this site are protected by United States copyright law, all rights reserved and all other laws of the United States. Paul G. Paintings (from herein, also known as Paul Gruppo) has the exclusive intellectual property rights to all photos, images, text, videos and any other material or content included on this site.
Purchased pieces are subject to all copyright protections under the law. The purchaser does, in no way, inherit the right to copy, recreate, reproduce, or alter the piece in anyway way, in an attempt to claim ownership or redistribute the work as their own. Claiming ownership or practices of redistribution of your purchase are PROHIBITED. Any attempts to commit the aforementioned, render the purchaser liable to punishment under the law. Any and all reimbursements and punishments will be pursued, pursuant to applicable copyright laws.
Commissioned Pieces: Once the artist has been contacted and all contractual items have been agreed upon (size, content, material, final pricing, projected timeline??, etc., the purchaser may be subject to a non-refundable 25% deposit prior to starting your piece. The remaining amount will be due upon completion. The remaining amount will include all final costs, including shipping fees.
Upon completion of your piece, a verification e-mail will be sent. Once, shipped, you will be e-mailed a shipping notification; and tracking number, if applicable.
**Should the Purchaser Request Changes: Request for changes are subject to Paul G Paintings’ (Paul Gruppo’s) discretion. Any requested changes accepted, consequential pricing amendments, and any other additional costs, must be agreed upon by all parties before reinitiating work on your piece.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES, & REFUND POLICY
At this time, returns, exchanges, and valid refunds for non-commissioned purchases, will be handled on a case by case basis. All return and exchange requests must be made by contacting Paul Gruppo, through the contact page of www.paulgpaintings.com, or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org, within 14 days of the shipping confirmation being sent to the client. After 14 days, ALL SALES ARE FINAL and any request for return, exchanges, or refunds become null-and-void. Should you return or exchange a piece before 14 days have expired, your method of payment, minus shipping costs, will be credited back to you or readjusted, once the purchased piece has been received, inspected, and processed by Paul G. Paintings.
Commissioned Pieces are NOT returnable or refundable, with the exception of receiving an incorrect item or the piece is comprised of attributes not agreed upon in the original contract (size, content, etc.) between purchaser and Paul Gruppo. Subjective qualities, such as color, saturation, texture, etc., are not considered attributes subject to returns or refunds. Any refunds granted will not include your 25% non-refundable deposit, absent extenuating circumstances.

Non-commissioned purchases may be cancelled at any time prior to shipping. Once your purchased is shipped, you must adhere to the return process described above.
Commissioned pieces CANNOT BE CANCELLED once the artist, Paul Gruppo, has started your piece. Should you cancel before then, and were charged a 25% non-refundable deposit, you will NOT be credited back that amount. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Personal Identifying Information; Your personal information is only used for the purpose of fulfilling orders, sending newsletters and customer support. Your personal information is not shared with third parties other than third party service providers for the sole purpose of providing these services.
Fulfilling Orders; This Site collects and retains information related to transactions carried out on this site for the purpose of fulfilling orders, including your name, phone number, email and address. This site uses third party e-commerce payment processors Wix Payments. When using these Payment Services, they collect and store personal information required to complete the purchase, as outlined in their Privacy Policies.
